At meetings of growers held on 3rd February 2010 Primary Securities Ltd was appointed as the new responsible entity of the above schemes and all proposed amendments to the constitutions of the schemes were approved.  The notices of meetings and explanatory documents in relation to these meetings are contained below.     

A letter and invoice, dated 12th February 2010, have been sent to all investors advising of the position and also an update of 17th March 2010.
