Sale of Vineyard and Winding up of the Scheme

The sale of the vineyard to Old Valley Pty Ltd for $5,000,000 was completed on 29th July 2011.    An interim distribution of capital in the sum of $67.61 per unit has been made to unitholders.  The Responsible Entity will now collect outstanding debts and wind up the trust.
